Billara Building

– Our philosophy & core values –

  • Communication is key to the success of any project, our team combine experience and knowledge along with excellent communication to ensure total transparency and peace of mind throughout the entire project

  • Reliability is also a major factor in any building project. We have long-standing relationships with key contractors and suppliers to ensure we deliver the highest level of service possible. We also have an in-house pre-qualification procedure to manage all of our current and new contractors and suppliers to ensure we comply with current regulations as well as specific client’s rules or regulations.

  • Quality is something we pride ourselves on and the standard of the service we deliver is also something we are very proud of. The reputation we have for delivering high quality projects is of upmost importance to us and something that we’ve earned over a long period of time. Quality is always an ongoing thing and something that can only be maintained by providing the correct information, training and supervision. We will always continue to monitor our quality to ensure its kept at the highest standard possible.

– Local & Community –

As far as we’re concerned, Lake Macquarie is the nicest place in Australia if not the world.  Not only are we locals, our team of contractors and suppliers are also locals. This is really important to us as we place a high emphasis on supporting local and small businesses as well as giving back to the community. Our director Billy also values giving back to the building industry by way of passing on his experience to others. Since Billara Building began in 2014, we’ve had two local apprentices who are now fully qualified Carpenters, something we are very proud of. Our most recent apprentice Dan was also awarded the Master Builders Apprentice of the year in 2023, which was amazing achievement for an incredible young man.
